Booking Jubilance

Following are guidelines when booking a Jubilance concert: A love offering or honorarium to defray expenses ($750 if possible)The use of our own sound system (we normally arrive at the church 2-3 hours prior to a concert to begin set-up. Please provide a small, sturdy table for our sound board which is approx. 2'x2')Allow the sale of CDs – please provide a table in the lobby for our useA hot meal for 40-50 people after the service(Please provide a small snack of juice/water/coffee/muffins prior to the service)For out-of-town concerts, billeting in homes. Host family to provide breakfast and a bag lunchA cleared platform (for our risers) and cleared altar area (please see set-up diagram)A piano tuned to A440 and able to be moved to the centre of the stage. If your piano cannot be tuned or moved, please let us know and we will bring our electronic piano.Two rooms to be used as ladies’ and men’s change rooms. Please ensure all windows are covered.One larger room where the team can gather for prayer prior to the serviceThat you handle the promotion of the concert. We will supply the posters.That you join us in prayer for a successful ministry!

Thank you again for the ministry of Jubilance at Good Shepherd on Sunday. The intentionality of ministry is apparent from the group. I know the variety of the program was appreciated, and I have heard form numerous of their appreciation for the morning, which, in addition to the most obvious - the music - included the testimony from the the fellow from the group as well as your own message. We recognize that there is much work and energy that goes into such a program, both in advance and on the day of presentation, and I trust that you will sense the reward that comes from the Lord.
